Every time I turn on my notebook and I try to open Google Chrome this message comes up. And no matter how many times I click on google chrome it doesn't open. So then I open Internet Explorer trying to find out whats wrong. After 20 minutes google chrome opens up and works all right but when I close it I can't open it again.

Nothing is working. With all this browser I can open any website except G-Mail. I have used C-Cleaner and cleaned the temp file and registry entry.

So I'm thinking this is my ISP, but it is not. Then I think it is my router blocking Google sites, but it is not.
