My ping to my WoW server and CS:GO is ~13ms with less than 1ms of jitter. I would recommend going to your local Google Fiber space if you have one or see if anyone you know that has it and ask them to ping IP's that you want to test with. I've had both (even Spectrum's gig service) and would chose Google Fiber over them in a heartbeat.
